What is not working?
Keep the affected page open long enough to identify the problem. An empty search, a poster that has not loaded and a video that keeps buffering need different fixes. Start with the smallest relevant change so you do not lose a working list or a useful bookmark.
Search has no results
Remove the year or genre filter first. Try a distinctive part of the title rather than a long phrase containing “watch online.” If you meant an actor, use the actor’s name rather than the character’s name. Reset returns the catalogue search to its starting filters.
The page loads but pictures do not
Allow the page a moment to load its artwork. Scroll a little to bring the next posters into view. If the text and navigation work, the connection to the image host may be the part taking longer. A single missing picture does not require deleting your saved titles.
The player buffers or shows an error
First note which service is displaying the player. Pause background transfers and try a lower video quality there. If one edition fails, return to the movie page and compare another option. The quality guide explains the difference between a sharper picture and a more stable stream.
My List seems empty
Return to the browser where you saved it. A private tab or a different browser has separate storage. If you kept a backup, restore it from My List. Clearing cookies and website data before checking these details may remove the list you are trying to recover.
